Sheffield

At yergan landscape, we take great joy in creating gardens that celebrate the beauty and functionality of plants.

Our Sheffield clients, passionate about plants, gave us the freedom to explore with soft and lush varieties, and we are delighted with the outcome.

The original 1930s house provided a historical backdrop, inspiring us to seamlessly blend old and new elements in the front garden. We enhanced the space with herringbone brick paving and bluestone steppers, adding a contemporary flair. Surrounding these features are espalier fruit trees and a rich assortment of green perennials, including traditional English plants like the Buxus box hedge and a Japanese Maple, elegantly positioned alongside the home.

Each plant was selected to ensure the garden remains visually captivating throughout the seasons.

In the rear garden, we introduced soft hues through plants like Euphorbia ‘Silver Swan’ and a striking Lagerstroemia adorned with large white blooms.

A highlight of this project is the front yard perennial garden bed, strategically placed to separate the concrete bench from the lawn area. This carefully curated bed showcases a variety of plants such as Ligularia denata, Pratia pedunculata, and Arthropodium te puna, creating a vibrant and dynamic focal point within the landscape.

Our design philosophy aims not only to create stunning outdoor spaces but also to harmonise them with the natural surroundings and architectural elements.
