Yergan landscape was tasked with creating a ‘wow’ factor for this stunning property.

The client’s wish list included a shaded pool pavilion and a relaxing space by the pool, alongside a fire pit area, aiming to create a year-round usable garden retreat.

To maximise the small backyard space, a cantilevered pavilion was designed, minimising posts and fostering an open atmosphere. A formed concrete bench in the front garden was strategically constructed to offer seating around the fire during winter, while the vibrant crazy blue stone paving beautifully complements the surrounding plantings.

Carefully curated plant selections like Santolina, Dymondia, and Doryanthes were chosen to add softness to the garden. These plants not only withstand pet activity but also thrive in a north-facing environment.

The meticulous installation of garden lighting and irrigation serves as the final touches, accentuating the yard’s remarkable features and ensuring it garners the attention it deserves.
